Quarterly Giving Sentiments – Q4 2020

The Program Ideation team conducted a survey to better understand current consumer charitable giving sentiments. The purpose of this survey is to gauge current donor sentiments and the factors that compel them to give. We want to better understand where they give and on what platforms, why they give, who they give to and how they learn about them.

We segmented many insights based off age, an unique value that many external and public reports may not always provide, allowing us to understand different demographics and be more prescriptive in on offerings and targeting.
