A more connected, accessible and valuable resource for CDOs and Foundation Leaders 

Over the past several months, we have been listening to CDOs and Foundation Leaders about how we can make the CDO Hub a more valuable resource for our hospital partners. Thanks to the feedback and ideas shared through the CDO Advisory Subcommittee, the CDO Hub is getting an exciting refresh! 

The CDO Hub is being reimagined with a simple goal: make it easier for you to find the information, resources and connections you need. 

Single Sign-On 
Moving between the CDO Hub and Mission Control will be easier with a single sign-on experience, allowing CDOs and Foundation Leaders to navigate between the two platforms more seamlessly. 

Priority Posts 
Urgent or timely information will have a more visible home at the top of the Hub. Priority posts will appear for a designated period of time, helping ensure that important updates are easy to see when you visit. 

Simplified Headers 
Information will be organized using expandable and collapsible headers, making pages easier to navigate and helping you quickly find what you are looking for. 

Resource Page 
A dedicated Resource Page will bring together information that is particularly important to CDOs and Foundation Leaders, creating an easy-to-find destination for key resources. 

Contact Search 
Looking for a CDO or Foundation Leader? The new Contact Search function will allow you to search for contact information directly from Salesforce. 

The Update 
Past issues of The Update will be easier to access, with the most recent 12 months organized in one convenient location. 

And There Is More to Come 

The refreshed CDO Hub is designed to be more than a place to find information. It is becoming a resource where our Foundation Leaders can learn from one another, share ideas, discover best practices and celebrate success across the network. 

The new Best Practices area will highlight stories and examples from our hospitals and Foundation Leaders, while the Insights & Visibility area will continue to grow with content from our network, including external perspectives, thought leadership, news and opportunities to recognize leadership achievements. 

A Hub Built with You in Mind 

Ultimately, these changes are made to create a CDO Hub that you want to visit and use. 

Our goal is for the CDO Hub to become a best-in-class resource for information, best practices, insights and contact information, while strengthening connections across the CMN network. As we continue to engage CDOs, Foundation Leaders and experts to contribute content, the Hub will continue to grow and evolve.
