New Partnership Announcement: Vivint Solar

As the first new corporate partner in 2019, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals is excited and proud to announce a new partnership with Vivint Solar starting in May 2019. Vivint Solar is a leading residential solar provider in the United States, with 4,000 employees in 57 offices impacting 27 CMN Hospitals.

This partnership was brought to CMN Hospitals by two former CMN Hospitals national staff members, who understand the impact that our cause can have on employee engagement. Vivint Solar lives in the communities in which it provides solar services. Its sales representatives sell door-to-door and pride themselves on the fact that they support their communities. They know that their support of neighborhood kids is important to the people they serve.

Vivint aims to raise more than $1 million annually by engaging their employees in payroll giving for both office and sales employees. They will also be testing the engagement of their customers in fundraising throughout the year.

CMN Hospitals is continually investigating new and different ways to fund our hospitals’ needs, and a new focus on utilizing employee engagement and payroll deduction is the result of a collaboration between New Business and the Strategic Partnerships team. Employee engagement allows us to focus on B2B corporations while we continue to build on our base of best-in-class retail execution. A goal over the coming years is to diversify corporate funding into new industries. Vivint Solar, as a residential solar company, fits well into that goal. We are excited for the future of this partnership, and of CMN Hospitals.
