Best Practice – Atlanta Kicks Off their Largest Fundraising Campaign in History

Janine Musholt, Foundation President at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation, shared their exciting new five-year fundraising campaign, Never Settle: A Campaign for Kids. How do they plan to make this campaign so successful? They have a robust plan in place to hit their $1 billion goal!
They built a “Mission Center” with all the information and mock-ups of several new clinical areas. They utilized the Mission Center to engage their stakeholders and increase awareness of their campaign.
In addition, the CMN Hospitals team took their Miracle Families, Dance Marathon students, and partners on tours through the Mission Center, so they could learn about what the new hospital can do for their community. These visits allowed folks to see how their contributions are making an impact on the future children treated at Children’s.
