COVID-19 Impact and Needs Survey

Like you, I never imagined I would be reaching out again to learn how your hospital is being impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Sadly, here we are. And the reports of increased cases of COVID-19 in kids are heartbreaking.

To better support you and the entire network, we are again asking for your participation in Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals’ Ongoing COVID-19 Impact and Needs Survey. This series of questions helps us understand and share a clearer picture of how member hospitals are impacted by the pandemic — now and in the future — so that we can better inform partners and donors of the challenges you’re facing and how philanthropy can help.

Your responses to our previous surveys have provided insights for partners, in particular, showed a clear picture of the realities you’re facing, the work you’re doing and ongoing challenges you anticipate for patients, their families and their communities. Our corporate partners and donors, more than ever, want to ensure they are supporting their local communities through what is becoming one of the most tragic moments in our history. With your help, we can help them better understand the difficult decisions and challenges you are facing and the financial support you need — now and beyond.

We ask for your participation by October 8th. Please respond to all survey questions if possible. This data will be used to collectively reflect the needs of all member hospitals in the most timely manner possible and help us make informed decisions for the benefit of the entire network. Individual hospital data will be kept confidential and used only in aggregate, and the compiled results will be shared with you.

Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns. This is another opportunity for us to do more together. Let’s continue to change kids’ health, to change the future.

Gratefully,

Teri Nestel

President & CEO
