Knight-Swift Transportation Employee Giving Results
Knight-Swift Transportation held its employee giving enrollment campaign from April 1-May 7. With only the current enrollments AND in only its second year of fundraising, Knight-Swift is on track to reach the $200,000 goal/forecast. That would represent a 228% increase over the $60,900 2020 employee giving total.
Both Knight and Swift employees are able to enroll to give to their local CMN Hospital through payroll deduction at any point throughout the year. And, as of June, CMN Hospitals and an invitation to enroll in payroll giving will be integrated into Knight’s driver onboarding curriculum.
This young partner is building a strong foundation for a long partnership. The year-over-year growth is impressive, and their leadership is engaged and sharing the message with their team. Check out what a couple of leaders had to say:
“It was great to see how generous our drivers and office staff could be. It brought us closer together being able to bond on something outside the world of trucking.” -Mitch Mills, Nashville Terminal Manager (Nashville terminal enrolled 23% of its team)
“I would like to share this with you and hopefully encourage you to help us make a difference in these children’s lives! This is definitely an awesome and worthy cause that our company is putting a lot of time, effort, and work into.” -Jim Updike, EVP of Sales and Marketing to his team
